I want to share my wonderful experience at Orion Prosper apartments. Angela in the office has made everything easy. She is always there when needed. I love walking into the office and her being able to help me. I gave her a five star review.

One of my friend, referred me to the Orion community. I am really happy that I made the right choice. Angela is very kind and ready to help at any time. I reached out her for multiple times, she never hesitated and helped me with smiling face. Manon was very supportive to complete all the paper work for lease agreement. I really appreciate both of them for their kindness and helping the residents to make our life easier.
Just moved to Orion Prosper and have to admit that the move was very smooth. Angela went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment. The apartment was very clean and in great love in condition. I can’t even compare with our previous apartment which was not even properly cleaned. Orion did fantastic work. Angela is always helpful for everything you need. Community is nice and clean and by the way right now we are at their block pizza party.

Hello to all if I could give a 10 star review, I would give 10 stars to Angela for her amazing service. She provides me every time I walk in that office. Thank you for having such a beautiful time caring person that works for this community. I am so grateful that we are living at Orion prosper.
This complex along with personal has deteriorated so much in the past 4.5 years of living here. For example, little to no care about the grounds, garbage cans overflowing, pet feces everywhere. Idol threats of fining people for not cleaning up but nothing changed. When I gave my notice to move out after they said they would “work with me” when I re-signed my lease telling them that I would likely have to break it before term but they convinced me that they would work with me…there was no work with just idol silence and frivolous claims on a final bill…I paid it just to be done with them since I could not get a response. So I guess if you are a person who can handle overflowing trash cans, roaches, left over repair materials laying in parking spots for months, single one bedroom apartments with at least 7 people living in them and the fresh smell of weed on a daily basis…this is the place for you! Dont believe me? Check the pics I’ve added to Google oh and to ask for a good review…here is an honest review
